2. What howuc.me Is

howuc.me is a personal insight platform. It allows users to collect anonymous social perception feedback from people who know them. It is designed for self-reflection and personal growth only. howuc.me is not a mental health tool, psychological assessment, medical service, or employment screening tool.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use howuc.me. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when registering and completing profiles.
• Answer Mirror questions honestly, thoughtfully, and kindly.
• Not use the platform to harass, bully, or harm others.
• Not share another person's Mirror without their consent.
• Not attempt to identify individual respondents or reverse-engineer anonymous results.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

5. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you submit. howuc.me reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, is abusive, or is otherwise harmful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The howuc.me platform, including its design, branding, questions, scoring logic, and report methodology, is the intellectual property of howuc.me. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Premium Services

Some features require a paid upgrade. Payments are processed securely. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@howuc.me for any billing queries.

8. Limitation of Liability

howuc.me provides insights for personal reflection only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on your Mirror report. Reports reflect the perceptions of a limited group of respondents and should not be treated as professional psychological assessments.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
